Certified
These days, anyone can be a self-proclaimed "coach." Some are excellent and others, well - could be doing more harm than help. Back in 2018, I participated in a rigorous coaching certification through Coach Academy International, a program approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Since then, I've been coaching clients, from independent contributors, new managers, experienced leaders, and the C-suite. While most coaching is 1:1, I've also facilitated coaching circles.​
